Roles & permissions

170 permissions to decide exactly who sees what

The cashier doesn't need to see the P&L, and the front desk shouldn't be able to delete a medical record. Permissions are genuinely granular: 170 codes governing screens and actions, grouped into roles like Front Desk, Doctor, Cashier or Billing. Being an account holder is a separate role, and granting it requires email authorization from another account holder.
